How can I place an order at Yuzu?

Once you request a quote and upload your logo and information, our team will provide you with a quote and personalized product designs within 2 - 3 Days . This process is free of charge, and you have the flexibility to adjust your order or cancel if needed. We strive to make ordering from Yuzu Studio easy and hassle-free for our customers.

Can I order individual products instead of merch packs?

Yes, many customers order products in bulk. Generally we have a minimium order quantity of 15 pieces per product.

Does YUZU offer any warranties or guarantees on their products?

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. If you encounter any issues with your order or the products we will together look at an appropriate solution.

What is the shipping lead time?

Our aim is to fulfil your order from the printing location closest to you. By doing so we do our best to shorten the lead-times for shipping. Once your order is ready to be shipped it will be with you within 1-8 days if your address is in US. US orders are fulfilled from the US and your order will reach your after 2-5 days once it's been produced. The shipping time for everywhere else in the world is between 10-20 days.
